CREAMY MANGO VINEGAR
A perfect dressing for salads and as a finishing touch at the end of cooking.
Very tasty in combination with chocolate dessert or vanilla ice cream. Sweet and sour taste with a hint of tropical fruit.
The vinegar is made from mango juice, which first undergoes alcoholic fermentation and then acetic fermentation until it reaches the desired result.
INGREDIENTS:
Wine vinegar, mango (20%), water, sugar, thickener (xanthan gum), citric acid.
Antioxidants: ascorbic acid and E-224
