Passion Fruit Creamy Vinegar

CREAMY PASSION FRUIT VINEGAR A perfect dressing for salads and for seasoning at the end of cooking. Very tasty when paired with chocolate desserts or vanilla ice cream. Sweet and sour flavor with a hint of tropical fruit. The vinegar is made from passion fruit juice, which undergoes initial alcoholic fermentation followed by acetic fermentation until the desired result is achieved.

INGREDIENTS: Wine vinegar, passion fruit (20%), water, sugar, thickening agent (xanthan gum), citric acid. Antioxidants: Ascorbic acid and E-224
