CREAM PEPPER VINEGAR
A perfect dressing for salads and as a finishing touch at the end of cooking.
The sweet and sour taste will give the dish an interesting touch, with a distinct element of sweet pepper.
The vinegar is made from peppers, which undergo first alcoholic fermentation and then acetic fermentation until it reaches the desired result.
INGREDIENTS:
Wine vinegar, red pepper (20%), water, sugar, thickener (xanthan gum), citric acid.
Antioxidants: ascorbic acid and E-224
