Mojo verde is a traditional dish served in the Canary Islands. It is made from green peppers, coriander, olive oil and spices. The texture of the sauce is pleasantly creamy and can be served as a side dish with baked potatoes, meat, but also with a baguette as tapas.

Green peppers, sunflower oil, wine vinegar, garlic, salt, wheat fiber, thickener (xanthan gum) and cumin. Contains sulphites.
